Catherine Nicholson

Catherine Nicholson grew up in Chicago, IL and moved to Tallahassee in 1987. She graduated from Lincoln High School in 1988 and then graduated from Western Kentucky University with a BA in Public Relations / Military Science. Catherine was a contracted U.S. Army R.O.T.C. cadet and held several offices, including Vice President of her sorority, Alpha Xi Delta.
After graduating and moving from Ft. Drum, NY, Catherine worked in management with The HoneyBaked Ham Company for over 11 years, living in Knoxville, TN, Denver, CO and Reno, NV. She began working with Edward Jones in Reno, in 2015 and is extremely excited to become a part of the Avant Huston Financial Group team, upon her return to Tallahassee, to be closer to her family.
Catherine has an amazing daughter, Lauren, who is currently a sophomore in Honors Courses at Lincoln High School. They have three cats Elsa, Tippy and Jazz and a leopard Gecko, Gizmo.
